About The Event
Come try the self-healing practice called qigong ("chee-gung"), an ancient form of moving meditation used for self-healing and stress reduction.
At this workshop we will learn the 5-phase routine and use it to practice simple but surprisingly powerful movements to get into a state of deep relaxation and activate our innate healing powers. Students leave class feeling great and will walk away with a framework and some exercises they can practice on their own.
Note: This introductory workshop is a pre-requisite for subsequent weekly qigong classes at Complete Wellness (separate registration required at https://www.taoandzenhealing.com/events/quakertown-qigong-series-spring-2020).
All ages and abilities are welcome! No experience or special equipment is required. Please wear comfortable shoes (or plan to go barefoot) and clothing that allows you to move freely.
