Come try the self-healing practice called qigong ("chee-gung"), a form of moving meditation that is a branch of Chinese medicine. We will practice simple but surprisingly powerful movements to get into a state of deep relaxation. Students leave class feeling great and will walk away with some exercises they can practice on their own whenever they need to de-stress.

All ages and abilities are welcome! No experience or special equipment is required. Please wear clothing that allows you to move freely. No shoes allowed in studio.

Registration and Cancelation Policies:

Students who cancel at least 7 days before the start of an individual class. No refunds less than 7 days before class start.
